Our Goals
At ASPIRE Training & Education, our core goal is to provide free, quality education and scholarship support to vulnerable and impoverished children in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We currently offer full scholarships to 27 children, covering three daily meals, shelter, clothing, education, and protection. Many of these children come from extremely poor families in Trang Village who cannot provide adequate living conditions on their own.
As part of our long-term vision, we aim to expand our capacity by hiring more full-time teachers and building a larger, two-storey school that can serve 200–300 students. Thanks to kind donations, we’ve already completed the first floor, which includes four classrooms, but more funding is needed to complete the second floor and reach our full potential.
In addition to academic support, we strive to create a well-rounded learning environment. Our new facilities now include:
- English classrooms
- A computer lab
- A library and video room
- A stage for music and traditional Khmer dance
- A large playground area
- A vegetable garden
- A chicken coop for sustainable learning and food supply
ASPIRE continues to operate entirely through public donations, and with the leadership of our founder, Mr. Sean Samnang, we are working toward building a more self-sufficient and sustainable village that empowers children through education, culture, and care.
Provide a Safe Haven
Offer shelter, nutritious meals, protection, healthcare, and quality education to orphaned and impoverished children.
Break the Cycle of Poverty
Empower individuals and communities to become self-sufficient through education, skill-building, and long-term support.
Support Local Families
Build homes, install water pumps, toilets, and supply basic equipment for families living in extreme poverty. We also regularly provide food assistance for children attending ASPIRE’s free education programs.
Promote Equality and Inclusion
Ensure that all of our work is free from discrimination, and provide equal opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, ability, beliefs, or sexual orientation.
Preserve Khmer Culture
Encourage children to learn and embrace traditional Khmer customs, music, and dance, helping to preserve these cultural treasures for future generations.
Ensure Access to Education
Provide free daily transportation so local children can attend school safely and consistently.
