Join ASPIRE – Change Lives Through Education and Compassion
ASPIRE Training & Education is a grassroots, non-profit school and home for poor, orphaned, and homeless children in Trang Village, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. Founded with a deep commitment to helping those in need, ASPIRE currently provides 24-hour care, shelter, food, and free education to 20 children, with many more from surrounding communities attending our classes.
Our organization relies entirely on the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers. We welcome volunteers from around the world—whether individuals, families, or groups—who are willing to teach, share skills, or support our community projects. Volunteers assist in English classes, arts, crafts, music, sports, or any hobbies that encourage creativity and connection. Even without teaching experience, your time and energy can make a big difference.
To cover meals and accommodations, we ask a volunteer to contribute $175 per week, providing a private room included 3 meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) which helps sustain our daily operations. We provide certificates for those who complete our volunteer training, and we treat every visitor like part of the ASPIRE family.
We’ve also opened Peter Pan’s Restaurant to help support our school, serving delicious Cambodian food, drinks, and more. Every visit or meal helps fund education for our children.
Currently, we have no long-term sponsors and urgently need support to continue providing for our children and complete the construction of new classrooms and dormitories. We need help $ 1 US per day to sponsor a child or $30 US a month feeds one kids.
A full scholarship, which includes food, shelter, education, clothes, and supplies, costs $559 US per year.
Your donations go directly to buying rice, food, school materials, clothes, shoes, fuel, basic medical supplies, and generator fuel, as we do not have consistent access to electricity.
